Responsibilities include interpreting and applying applicable laws and College policies, facilitating leave and accommodation processes, conducting research, resolving complex issues, and supporting employees throughout the duration of their leave or accommodation request. The position plays a critical role in promoting compliance, ensuring accurate documentation, and fostering a supportive work environment. |
