| This position provides comprehensive oversight and coordination of the College’s leave programs and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The role serves as a key liaison among employees, supervisors, internal departments, and external agencies to ensure consistent application of policies and effective communication regarding ADA, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), workers’ compensation, and other leave-related matters. Responsibilities include interpreting and applying applicable laws and College policies, facilitating leave and accommodation processes, conducting research, resolving complex issues, and supporting employees throughout the duration of their leave or accommodation request. The position plays a critical role in promoting compliance, ensuring accurate documentation, and fostering a supportive work environment. |
