| Reporting to the Executive Director of IT Systems, the Student Lifecycle Systems Lead coordinates the identification of system requirements and functional design specification to support the student journey through TCC systems. The role will work flexibly and independently across Institutional boundaries, including IT Services, Administrative and Support Services, Student Affairs and Academic areas support teams and units in the use of ERP and student systems to develop and improve business processes through their effective use of the systems. |
