This role will provide front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the College. The incumbent is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas and will be able to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons.

Reporting to the assigned department leader, this role analyzes, develops, and provides oversight for the software needs of the District and manages a staff of programmers.
