Manager, Systems Administration Trinity River Campus
This role provides operational leadership and day-to-day oversight for the administration, maintenance, and integration of Tarrant County College’s (TCC) physical and virtual servers, on-premises infrastructure, and enterprise platforms. This position oversees and manages the implementation and operational support of systems within division-established enterprise hosted platforms and systems infrastructure frameworks, ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance. This role leads a team of IT professionals, executing technology operations in alignment with IT division standards, architecture governance, and institutional technology direction.
ERP System Administrator District
This position provides technical administration and operational support for Tarrant County College’s (TCC) Colleague enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment and related infrastructure systems, ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuity of critical business operations. This role focuses primarily on ERP systems administration and Unix/Linux platform support, with progressively expanding responsibilities in Windows Server administration and broader enterprise infrastructure technologies to support system integration, modernization, and ongoing IT operations.
Executive Director, Organizational Excellence and Development District
This position provides leadership and oversight for Tarrant County College’s (TCC) Organizational Excellence and Development (OED) operations. This role leads the design, implementation, and administration of collegewide organizational development initiatives, including employee and faculty training, development, and academic technology. The incumbent will partner with college leadership to align programming with strategic priorities and direct the OED team in delivering initiatives that support diverse employee groups.

This role oversees the administration of the TCCD district-wide landscape irrigation program to assure it meets all applicable requirements and maximizes the use of the water resource, particularly during drought periods.

Chief Technology Officer Trinity River Campus
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) serves as the senior leader responsible for aligning the College’s technology strategy and operations with the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Tarrant County College District. The CTO provides district-wide leadership for enterprise technology, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), technology acquisition and deployment, and the design, implementation, and governance of Information Technology (IT) systems, processes, and policies. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, innovative, and secure technology solutions that support institutional effectiveness, student success, and operational excellence. With responsibility for IT fiscal stewardship, the CTO oversees technology investments and the IT budget, ensuring resources are strategically allocated to maximize value and performance. The CTO also serves as co-lead for the College’s Data Governance initiative, advancing data integrity, accessibility, and informed decision-making across the institution. This executive role is accountable for maintaining robust cybersecurity and risk management practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The CTO champions modern, scalable technology solutions and drives IT’s role as a strategic partner—enhancing communication, collaboration, and results across the College District.
