Dean, Learning Commons South Campus
The Dean of Learning Commons is a leadership position requiring a highly motivated leader with the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, as well as develop and maintain collaborative relationships inside and outside of the College. The successful candidate will have a record of prioritizing effectively, proactively solving problems, managing multiple projects simultaneously with high levels of accuracy, and achieving goals within or ahead of established time frames. The position serves the staff, faculty, and students at Tarrant County College by providing leadership in the implementation and ongoing activities associated with the Learning Commons, which is comprised of library services, supplemental instruction, maker-based, and discovery experiences, learning support, and other academic resources.
Specialist, Donor Relations and Planned Giving District
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Specialist, Donor Relations and Planned Giving is responsible for leading donor engagement and fundraising efforts to secure both current and planned gifts in support of Tarrant County College. The position involves managing a portfolio of individual and retiree donors, guiding strategic giving initiatives, and overseeing donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities. The Specialist also coordinates planned giving programs, collaborates with internal and external partners, and supports donor events and communications to advance philanthropic goals.
