Chief Development Officer

| Reporting to the Chancellor, the Chief Development Officer serves as the senior leader for the TCC Foundation. The Chief Development Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing fundraising strategies aligned to the strategic direction of the College, providing oversight of the Foundation’s operations, and leading the development team. The Chief Development Officer guides all aspects of the Foundation's fundraising efforts, scholarship programs, and donor engagement. At least half of the role is dedicated to cultivating relationships with donors and prospects, advancing a comprehensive development plan that supports TCC's mission through industry partnerships and philanthropic contributions. As a member of the Chancellor’s Executive Cabinet, the Chief Development Officer also works collaboratively with TCC leadership to align Foundation activities to the College’s one college model and priorities.
In addition to leading fundraising and outreach, the Chief Development Officer provides leadership for all Foundation staff and ensures effective management of budget planning, scholarships, donor relations, and records administration. The role also includes supporting TCCF Board activities, enhancing community visibility, and collaborating with TCC staff to promote the Foundation through strategic communications.
The Tarrant County College Foundation (TCCF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that operates under the legal authority of Tarrant County College District (TCC). In accordance with SACSCOC Principles of Accreditation, the Chancellor has ultimate responsibility of the College’s fundraising activities. TCCF collaborates with College leadership to raise and manage resources to ensure that the activities of TCCF further the mission of the TCC. |

This position has general requirements for all Learning Commons Associates and specific functional area responsibilities. |

| The Police Officer Recruit is a transitional role that is expected to attend and successfully complete Police Academy as well as pass the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) exam in preparation to qualify for commissioning as a peace officer for the Tarrant County College District (TCCD). This position is responsible for successfully meeting the academic, psychological, and physical training requirements of the Police Academy, with the objective of transitioning into a Police Officer role once all requirements are met, typically within one year of hire. |
