| Reporting to the assigned campus leader, the Specialist I, Learning Commons provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the TCC Learning Commons. The Specialist I, Learning Commons is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas with the ability to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons. This position has general requirements for all Learning Commons Specialists and specific functional area responsibilities. |
