| Reporting to the Vice President, Academic Affairs (VPAA), the Dean is responsible for leading faculty and sustaining a student-centered academic culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, excellence, and integrity in teaching. This leadership position serves as the first level of academic administration for credit and non-credit programming for the campus, including program development and assessment. This position is also responsible for managing the division budget, teaching and learning assessment, and works in concert with VPAA to recommend faculty appointments, professional development, academic student support (i.e. library, learning centers), and evaluation in adherence to college policy and procedures. |
