| Reporting to the Executive Director of Real Estate and Facilities (EDREF), the District Director of Capital Improvement is responsible for providing effective executive leadership for District-wide management and coordination of all Capital Improvement Programs to include design and construction services. This leadership position is responsible for setting the vision, goals, and business framework for the Facilities Planning and Development Division and effectively delegating those expectations to the staff. This position will also serve as a subject matter expert. |

| Reporting to the Manager of Electronic Access and Control Systems, the Electronic Access Control System Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Tarrant County College District (TCCD) security systems, including the Electronic Access Control System (EACS), Locking Systems (Yale and Schlage), File Maker Pro 9 Key Control System, KeyWatcher System and Panic Button System, to ensure the security of all facilities and occupants. |
