Reporting to the campus department instructional leader, adjunct instructors provide assistance to students in their learning process by utilizing all appropriate college resources, materials, facilities, and educational technologies available to complement the teaching and learning process providing a direct impact to student success.
Coordinator, Benefit Programs District
This position plays a critical role in the comprehensive administration, compliance oversight, and operational execution of employee benefit programs. This role supports faculty and staff across multiple campuses and employment classifications. The incumbent supports payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions, ensures accurate enrollment, regulatory compliance, system integrity, vendor coordination, and employee education across a broad portfolio of benefit offerings, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and voluntary benefits. The position collaborates cross-functionally to resolve complex benefits-related issues and supports Human Resources (HR) strategic initiatives.
Business Partner, Employee Relations District
Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, the HR Employee Relations Business Partner is a positive, collaborative, and dynamic individual that is a part of a cross-functional HR team. The HR Employee Relations Business Partner requires an individual to be a self-directed and proactive problem solver with highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills. In addition, the HR Employee Relations Business Partner is responsible for a wide range of duties from administrative to technical, analytical, and consultative in support of the various functions of human resources at the College.
Coordinator, Employee Relations District
Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, the Coordinator of Employee Relations, is responsible for supporting the management of employee relations by triaging complaints, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating background checks, and preparing reports. This role collaborates with departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and fosters a positive workplace culture through the implementation of employee relations initiatives.
Specialist II, Administrative Support TCC Connect Campus
This role is responsible for providing senior-level clerical, administrative, and project support to their assigned department(s). This position may serve as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. This position is expected to have a high level of department-specific knowledge.
