| This role is responsible for the overall operation, evaluation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Toyota Technician Training & Education Network (T-TEN) program as its primary area of responsibility. The position provides year-round leadership for program administration, strategic industry partnerships, workforce development initiatives, work-based learning, and student success activities. Serving as the primary liaison between the College, Toyota Motor North America, participating dealerships, and other stakeholders, this role ensures compliance with Toyota standards and requirements, supports program quality and sustainability, and advances workforce outcomes aligned with College and industry needs. As assigned, the position also provides technical and operational support for other manufacturer-sponsored automotive programs, industry partnerships, apprenticeship initiatives, and related workforce education activities. |

This role serves as the primary liaison between RE&F and Finance, Purchasing, Risk Management, and Legal, supporting capital projects and facilities programs through accurate financial controls and standardized administrative processes. This role ensures facilities-related activities are compliant, auditable, and aligned with Board policies and District procedures, while not directly managing facilities operations or construction delivery. |
