ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve Human Resource Manager – Congo Brazzaville. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of the human resources function within the country office.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Human Resource position. The successful candidate will hold bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Master’s degree is desirable. 5+ years working experience in a similar post within an NGO or international organization.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines with limited supervision. Excellent verbal, written communication skills and good interpersonal skills. High degree of professionalism and integrity. Ability to demonstrate good judgement and confidentiality always and Computer literacy in MS Office packages.

The position is contingent upon availability of grant funding.
