| Job Summary: | The Chemistry Department at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL is seeking candidates with expertise in Chemistry for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor appointment starting August 2026. The successful applicant will be expected to provide exceptional instruction at the undergraduate level, successful research with undergraduates, and perform other duties as required. The candidate must have a PhD in Chemistry with a specialization in Inorganic Chemistry or closely related discipline from an accredited institution with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Teaching assignments will be in the areas of Inorganic Chemistry (lecture and laboratory) and related fields.
