The successful candidate will primarily teach courses that fulfill the requirements for biomedical and general biology undergraduate and graduate degree students. These courses may include, but are not limited to, human anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, neuroscience, and related laboratory courses. The candidate will also perform service activities that contribute to the success of the Department and the mission of the University.

Responsibilities:
Teaching four courses per semester (4/4 load), including lecture and laboratory components.

Mentoring students in the department.
Performing service activities that contribute to the success of the Department and the mission of the University, including curriculum development and assessment.
Engaging in professional development activities to stay current in the field and enhance teaching effectiveness. |

Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders including UWF SOE faculty and administration, ITS, CTLT, established vendors, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment between institute initiatives and organizational goals/mission. Establish partnerships with relevant vendors, educational organizations, and industry experts to stay informed about best practices and emerging technologies. |
