What You'll Do: The position reports through the Information Services Division (ISD) as the Data Warehouse Manager of the Data Warehouse team at AHCCCS. The Data Warehouse Manager is responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of AHCCCS through managing the data warehouse human, financial, and operational resources. You will work with customers throughout the agency to identify data needs and then define, develop and test solutions using sound data management techniques. You’ll also be asked to maintain production ETL processes, occasionally in an on-call capacity, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data loads. As the Data Warehouse Manager, you will need to have a strong technical background with extensive experience in an enterprise data warehouse environment.

What You'll Do: This position reports to the Compliance Program Manager within the Division of Behavior Health and Housing. Performs difficult, complex and/or sensitive audits. Scope may include multidisciplinary or multi functional areas of a complex nature. Advises on the requirements, liabilities, and penalties of compliance and noncompliance. Prepares audit reports, outlines, draft and final reports. Develops audit scopes, objectives and procedures in accordance with generally-accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and government audit standards (GAS). May provide testimony at formal or informal hearings. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and grant requirements. • Examines, investigates, and reviews records, reports, financial statements and management practices. • Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. • Reports to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities. • Plans and organizes audit procedures. Performs statistical sampling of data. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present to leadership.
