Under the supervision of the Rental Programs Administrator, this position performs loan administrator duties associated with incorporating ADOH gap financing into multi-family development projects using HOME, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), State Housing Trust Fund (HTF) and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
