Responsible for monitoring ADOSH's grant-funded and state-funded financial activities and resources, to include assisting with the development of the annual federal grant budgets, spending forecasts and financial reports; equipment management; tracking open procurements; and, tracking personnel costs. Work with the Collection Unit to monitor the collection of ADOSH citation penalties. Position will report to the Accounting Supervisor 2 in the Accounting Division and indirectly to the ADOSH director. Researches and applies for new grant opportunities that benefit ADOSH or other ICA Divisions.

TITLE IV-A SPECIALIST, EFFECTIVE TECHNOLOGY in PHOENIX
• Engage in performance management and collaborative monitoring activities to ensure grantees are accessing and expending Title IV-A and related program grant resources in accordance with all applicable requirements and are leveraging resources effectively and efficiently to meet local needs and improve local capacities to support student learning outcomes. • Serve as the Title IV-A effective use of Technology Specialist. • Collaborate with a Title IV-A interdisciplinary team and work to educate and support internal and external stakeholders regarding the successful implementation and evaluation of Title IV-A, particularly with respect to supporting the effective use of technology. • Support the implementation and evaluation of Title IV-A programs of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), as well as related well-rounded areas such as: Arts Education; Gifted Education; Advanced Placement Programs; well-rounded education programs, to include supporting the effective use of technology; college and career readiness programs, to include the new state College Credit by Examination program. • Occasional in-state and out-of-state travel may be required for this position. The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
