The Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Administrator supports the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) by providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of all regulatory compliance activities to ensure the Hospital adheres to all applicable federal, state and local regulations, accreditation standards and internal policies. This role monitors changes in regulatory requirements, coordinates implementation of new requirements, oversees regulatory readiness initiatives and compliance risk assessment and mitigation strategies. This role supervises the Compliance Program Manager and Policy Compliance Manager responsible for internal audits, mock surveys, plans of corrections and follow-up monitoring and for coordination of the Hospital's policy management system ensuring policies are current, compliant and implemented.
