This position directs and oversees support for all ADOH/Office of Manufactured Housing licensees including manufacturers, dealers, installers, and salespersons. Reporting to the Compliance Program Manager, the Senior Compliance Coordinator completes compliance related duties and will play a lead role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), State Housing Trust Fund (SHTF), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), HOME Investment Partnership American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP), SFRF, and Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) properties maintained and monitored by the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). This position primarily oversees Initial (Close-Out), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Site Visit audits and manages the Compliance Division's Annual Reporting Process. The successful candidate will also perform select site visits, coordinate division scheduling, and serve as reliable backup for all compliance activities, contributing to the stability and effectiveness of the compliance program. Duties include frequent travel and site visits within Arizona and occasional out-of-state travel for trainings. Other duties as assigned. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
