The Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) operates all types of heavy engineering equipment and material handling equipment to include, but not limited to, 75-ton mobile crane, road graders, bulldozers, front end loaders and 10–20-ton dump trucks in support of road maintenance and railroad maintenance operations.
