The position executes various financial and cost auditing functions, including grant coordination, managing program processes and procedures, overseeing federal and state program funds, and performing related tasks as needed. The employee will be responsible for preparing a variety of technical reports and processing reimbursement requests in accordance with grant guidelines to ensure timely payment. Prepares for immediate, around-the-clock response and no-notice recall to the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC), the Alternate Emergency Operations Center, and/or the Joint Field Office (JFO) during disaster activations or drills/exercises. Engages in training for designated SEOC positions and executes assigned responsibilities in alignment with internal agency policy. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement of workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics.
