Their primary responsibility is managing the Out-of-State Adjuster program (Rule 20-5-130) to authorize adjusters located out of state to handle Arizona Workers' Compensation Claims and data driven carrier outreach programs. The Program Specialist is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion focused on improving industry compliance and improve internal training. The position will report to the Award section and main duties will be assigned to that team. However, the position will be cross divisional, meaning that it will work with Compliance, Insurance and Administration teams in varying degrees as the need arises
