    CADD ADMINISTRATOR in PHOENIX

    The CADD Administrator / GIS Specialists serves as the primary subject matter expert on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), providing high-level technical expertise and strategic insight into the application of design and geospatial technologies for the installation's assets and infrastructure. This position is responsible for developing, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining engineering drawings and geodatabases. The role directly supports the planning, infrastructure, engineering, and asset management sections within the 161st Civil Engineer Squadron in maintaining U.S. Air Force and Arizona Air National Guard facilities. The CAD/GIS subject matter expert will work independently with minimal supervisor, the CAD Administrator / GIS Specialist provides professional-level data, drawings, and maps to AZ ANG members and outside contractors. This position is on-site. Remote work is not available for this role. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics.

    PHYSICAL PLANT SUPERVISOR 3 in PHOENIX

    This position manages and directs the daily maintenance, repair, and operational activities for all facilities and grounds of the assigned military installation. The incumbent is responsible for the direct supervision of state maintenance personnel and ensures all work complies with state and local building codes, federal safety standards, and the stringent requirements of National Guard Bureau (NGB) Cooperative Agreements. Preventative maintenance (PM) encompasses the recurring, scheduled, and day-to-day actions required to preclude, detect, or mitigate the degradation of facilities, utility systems, and RPIE to extend their useful life. This role serves as a critical liaison between state operations and federal oversight, ensuring that facility projects are executed in a timely, compliant, and fiscally responsible manner in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
