REGISTERED DIETITIAN COMPLIANCE OFFICER (LTC) in PHOENIX

Review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Conducts investigations of the operation of a licensed facility or provider upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed facility. Performing services that need regulation. Corresponds with the regulated community or with regulatory bodies, responds to technical questions from licensees, develops standards, participates in rulemaking, and conducts inspections. Performs, assists or reviews detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s license, or other types of legal orders.
