MANUFACTURED HOUSING INSPECTOR in various locations
Within the Office of Manufactured Housing Division of the Arizona Department of Housing, this position will enforce existing State laws and regulations mandated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with regard to the installation of mobile homes, manufactured homes and factory-build buildings (“FBB”). These functions support the Division’s mission to maintain standard of quality and safety for manufactured homes and FBBs, and the consumers of these products. Inspectors also mentor installation licensees and Registrar of Contractors’ licensees who perform work on site where the installation occurs as part of continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Each youth who is placed in our secure care facility shall receive rehabilitative services appropriate to the youth's age, needs and abilities, including education, counseling, mental health services, recreation and vocational training.

The Environmental Assessment Programs Manager (EAPM) is stationed at Papago Park Military Reservation in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is in the Construction and Facilities Management Office-Environmental Management Office (CFMO-EMO). The Environmental Management Office has several environmental programs with this position located under the National Environment Policy Act (NEPA) Program, supervised by the Senior NEPA Programs Manager (SNEPA). The EAPM functions as the alternate Environmental Installation Manager of the Army Environmental Performance Assessment System (EPAS) for the Arizona Army National Guard (AZARNG) and the Arizona Department of Emergency & Military Affairs (AZDEMA). As the EPAS manager, the EAPM is responsible for conducting frequent internal environmental compliance audits of all facilities and training sites across the state. As the EPAS manager, the ECPPM will also facilitate any external audits, inspections, or visits conducted by National Guard Bureau (NGB), Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), or other external parties. The ECPPM also functions as the delegated Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) for AZARNG and AZDEMA. Under the SNEPA supervision, this position is responsible for facilitating and certifying all Environmental Conditions of Property (ECPs), Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and other related requirements. With the assistance of the SNEPA, this position is responsible for establishing, implementing, and training for the AZARNG Environmental Compliance Officer (ECO) program. This position requires in-state travel and occasional out-of-state travel.
