PARK RANGER SENIOR in APACHE JUNCTION

Health Program Manager 2 in PHOENIX
This position will be responsible for performing critical and time sensitive follow-up and case management services for newborns and infants with abnormal dried blood spot screening test results . This position will serve as the lead for the section, providing follow up case management on complex, time critical and time sensitive test results, training staff on procedures and providing assistance to follow-up specialists with difficult cases. Responsibilities also include his includes analyzing laboratory test results, documenting all actions in laboratory management information system and coordinating follow up activities among and between physicians, hospitals, parents and testing centers to ensure proper timely services and care. This position also provides customer services to doctor, parent and external partner regarding newborn screening results. Other duties include participation in continuous quality improvement projects, review standard operating protocol, as well as education event at hospitals. This position will be responsible for other duties include performing quality assurance reviews , assistance with development of SOPs for the section.
