The Electrician is responsible for a variety of tasks, requiring highly skilled abilities in maintaining Arizona Army National Guard (AZ ARNG) buildings/infrastructure. This position performs facility electrical troubleshooting and repair of all types for the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) at Camp Navajo and outlying armories. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics.

DISASTER RECOVERY COORDINATOR 2-OPERATIONS RESERVIST in PHOENIX
The Disaster Recovery Coordinator 2 is a part time, as needed position. Personnel either occupying these positions or hired for these positions are available to provide project support, act as additional /supplemental staff in the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) during activation of the Primary or Alternate SEOC for an incident, event, or exercise. This position provides the agency with the flexibility to expand and provide staffing levels to best meet mission requirements based upon the situation. Disaster Reservists are utilized to support any branch/section within the Arizona Division of Emergency Management and it is imperative they are able to work effectively in high stress environments and potentially adverse conditions during field deployments. The Disaster Reservist Coordinator 2 (DRC 2) will deploy to act as liaison between the SEOC and county/local Emergency Operations Centers (EOC) and or Incident Command Posts (ICP) to support intelligence gathering in the field and supporting policy decisions to mitigate the effects of the disaster. The primary function of this position is to facilitate effective communication and coordination between the SEOC, county/local EOC and the ICP. The DRC 2 is required to have and maintain a working knowledge of assessing disaster effects, information gathering, incident command systems, incident action planning and safety procedures, and must have highly effective verbal and written communications skills. Oversees the administration of an incident management assistance team (IMAT) for administrative and possible deployment requirements to include: training, readiness, roster responsibility, and other duties necessary for deployment of an IMAT. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics.

REFRIGERATION MECHANIC in various locations
Under the supervision of a Physical Plant Supervisor, the Refrigeration Mechanic installs, maintains, and repairs the heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment for facilities under the care of the Arizona Army National Guard in the Central region, which include the areas of Phoenix, Buckeye, and Florence. Position will occasionally utilize and supervise inmate labor to assist in maintenance and service functions. May also be required to transport inmates to and from different job sites.
