REFRIGERATION MECHANIC in PHOENIX
Under the supervision of a Physical Plant Supervisor, the Refrigeration Mechanic installs, maintains, and repairs the heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment for facilities under the care of the Arizona Army National Guard in the Central region, which include the areas of Phoenix, Buckeye, and Florence. Position will occasionally utilize and supervise inmate labor to assist in maintenance and service functions. May also be required to transport inmates to and from different job sites.

REFRIGERATION MECHANIC in MARANA
The Refrigeration Mechanic will install and maintain heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation equipment for logistics funded Arizona Army National Guard Facilities under supervision of a Physical Plant Supervisor. This will include a wide variety of HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Air handlers, ventilation systems, heat pumps and heaters. Must be able to diagnose issues with freon and natural gases as well as electrical issues from switches to motors.

• This position evaluates, monitors, and provides technical assistance to state-authorized adult education providers for compliance with Title II: Workforce Innovations and Opportunity Act (WIOA), state laws, ARS 15-232 and 15-234, state and federal rules and regulations, and the Arizona WIOA Title II Adult Education Grant Contract. • Occasional in-state and rare out-of-state travel is required for this position. The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
