Program Specialist in PHOENIX
The Prevention Specialist will be responsible for implementing alcohol awareness and substance use prevention programs in local schools and communities. This includes delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences of teens, facilitating educational contacts with licensed liquor establishments, and representing the organization at community events. The ideal candidate will have strong public speaking skills and a passion for promoting healthy choices among youth. This role is a highly field based position which requires frequent travel throughout the State with occasional overnight stays. This is a grant funded position, contingent upon continued funding from the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SABG).

OFFICE OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING PLANS EXAMINER MANAGER in various locations
Within the Office of Manufactured Housing division, the Plans Examiner Manager is responsible for reviewing submitted construction and installation plans for compliance with federal regulations, statute, rule, adopted codes and standards while managing staff engaged in the same activity. This includes maintaining awareness, best practices and the necessary tools to efficiently review, understand and interpret building code and construction variations as new and innovative building types are introduced in the state. Other duties as assigned. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Must have the ability to commute and utilize our Phoenix office hoteling space as required.
