      Within the Office of Manufactured Housing Division, this position is responsible for the inspection of all installation activity and enforcement of State and Federal laws and regulations with regard to the installation of manufactured homes, mobile homes, factory-built buildings and accessory structures. This includes the inspection of structures, soil, foundation, utility connections, proper design and structural plan application, and the issuance of occupancy clearances. Other duties as assigned. These functions support the Agency's mission to maintain standards of quality and safety for the occupants of these regulated structures. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.       The Child Welfare Investigative Specialist primarily investigates criminal conduct reports with allegations of felony child abuse and/or neglect, which may have resulted in serious injury, or death of a child. This position conducts home visits, and documents interviews, testifies in court, assists and trains staff in the navigation of a variety of registries and inter-agency databases. Under supervision, with latitude for independent action and decision-making, the Child Welfare Investigative Specialist is assigned to an OCWI unit. The Child Welfare Investigative Specialist adheres to county specific joint investigation protocol throughout the investigation.
