Under minimal supervision, performs work in a structured environment to monitor and coordinate day-to-day Department and fusion center operations. Works with state troopers, Operational Communications, other Department work units, the public, and other local, county, state, tribal, and federal entities to obtain situational awareness related to incidents and events and perform information sharing and alerting functions. Provides timely email notifications about events meeting certain criteria around the State. Makes phone notifications to command staff and executive staff and calls out specialty work groups. Performs other duties as assigned. This is a competitive classification. Requires at least three (3) years of law enforcement experience as an Arizona POST certified peace officer. Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver license. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Office setting. Ability to work irregular hours and/or respond to emergency staffing or callouts on a 24-hour basis.
