Reviewing quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Conducting investigations of the operation of a licensed facility or provider upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed facility. Performing services that need regulation. Corresponding with the regulated community or regulatory bodies. Responding to technical questions from licensees. Developing standards and participating in rulemaking. Performing, assisting, or reviewing detailed investigative or inspection reports. Formulating statements of deficiencies and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s License or other types of legal orders.
