As a Hotline Specialist you are responsible for answering incoming calls to the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline by individuals expressing concerns about the welfare of children living in Arizona. This position provides a valuable role in child protection without having to manage cases. There are set work hours with various schedules including 2nd and 3rd shift. Our office has easy access from expressway, bus and light rail routes.
