This role discusses the concerns expressed by patients by listening, offers suggestions, and helping patients with perception, self-realization and orientation, in accordance with programs goals, objectives and treatment plan goals. This role offers rotating schedules to include any day of the week to meet the needs of the hospital and its patients. This position offers weekend differential, and shift differential, and has guaranteed shifts.

The ideal candidate will operate with integrity, support the mission and vision of the Agency, and be familiar with current evidence based industry related practices. This role requires medical acumen and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders. The Medical Director will use these skills as the foundation to give guidance, assess policies and practices, and identify and resolve inmate related health care concerns that may impact ADCRR.
