Tracking and maintaining work order data logs for material cost estimates and time applied towards facilities work orders for all buildings and departments. Maintaining knowledge of life cycle longevity on job specific equipment. Actively participates in promoting a continuous improvement workplace culture, through the use of teamwork, root cause problem solving, standard operating procedures, and review of performance metrics.

This position is responsible for performing critical and time sensitive follow up and case management services for newborns and infants with abnormal newborn hearing screening test results. This includes reviewing newborn hearing screening test results, documenting all actions in hearing follow up information system and coordinating follow up activities among and between physicians, hospitals, parents and testing centers to ensure proper timely services and care. This position also provides customer services to doctor, parent and external partner regarding newborn screening results. Other duties include participate in continuous quality improvement projects, review standard operating protocol, as well as education events at hospitals.
