      This WorkReady U (WRU) grant funded position will provide academic and basic skills instruction in Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, and Civics to English Language Learners enrolled in adult education. The learning facilitator will provide a foundation for career success and personal fulfillment through educational attainment and encourage participation in post-secondary training. The Learning Facilitator is proficient in various methods of content delivery, testing procedures, pedagogy and andragogy, adult education curricula and College and Career Readiness Standards. The Learning Facilitator drives instruction with student data, creates and develops student educational plans, ensures site integrity and student success, maintains accurate records and fulfills WRU grant requirements that include class enrollment, retention, pre and post testing, and student outcomes.
