The Instructor of Aviation Maintenance Technology is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in both classroom and laboratory settings across a variety of courses. This role also includes contributing to the development and revision of degree and certificate programs, as well as ensuring curriculum remains current and aligned with industry and FAA standards. The instructor supports student success by effectively teaching a diverse student population and by fulfilling all instructional duties in accordance with the college’s mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the instructor is expected to design and develop specialized training programs as needed.

Louisiana Delta Community College is seeking a creative and effective faculty member to plan, develop, and use effective teaching methods and materials to help students meet course objectives in the discipline of Biological Sciences. This faculty position will be responsible for teaching general biology courses for science majors and non-science majors. The sub-disciplines Human Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Zoology fall within the responsibilities of biology faculty. Faculty must also be able to effectively instruct students using a variety of techniques and evaluate student success for program assessments.
