The Maintenance Supervisor works under the direction of the Executive Director Facilities Planning and Management. The supervisor is responsible for the staff of Facilities Maintenance who perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, HVAC, and other machine and electrical servicing for SOWELA. The supervisor is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing specialized facilities management services, while ensuring the campus buildings, grounds, systems, equipment, and supplies are maintained. The scope of work includes completing preventative maintenance schedules as well as restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Creating and delivering reports, presentations, trainings, and other communication are essential functions.

Louisiana Delta Community College invites applications for the Coordinator of Teacher Pathways & Apprenticeships. The Coordinator supports the coordination, implementation, and daily operation of LDCC's Teacher Pathways program model, including the traditional Associate of Science in Teaching (AST) pathway, the 2+2 teacher preparation pathway, and registered teacher apprenticeship models (dual enrollment, associate-level, and accelerated pathways). The Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Teacher Pathways & Apprenticeships to support pathway alignment, practicum coordination, district and workforce partnerships, and student success initiatives. This position provides operational and instructional support across multiple teacher preparation routes, ensuring seamless student progression from entry through completion and transfer. The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting teacher candidates, apprentices, mentors, and partner school districts while assisting with practicum instruction, pathway logistics, workforce funding alignment (including WIOA-supported activities), and continuous improvement of the Teacher Pathways program. The Coordinator will be expected to teach practicum or pathway-related coursework within qualified disciplines to support student matriculation, program completion, and workforce readiness.
