The Vice Chancellor/President serves as a trusted advisor to the Chancellor within their respective division, aligning institutional priorities with actionable the College’s Strategic Pillars, Commitments, and Objectives. ELT members are expected to lead with integrity, support the development of high-performing teams, and champion innovation in service to SoLAcc’s strategic goals and commitment to excellence. The Vice President for Economic, Workforce Development, and Continuing Education reports directly to the Chancellor and serves as the College’s Chief Workforce Officer. This role provides strategic direction and administrative leadership for all non-credit education, customized training, and continuing education programs. The Vice President is responsible for developing partnerships with business, industry, and government to ensure the College's offerings are responsive to labor market demands and regional economic development priorities.
