Controls/Automation Engineer in various locations
Reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager, the Controls/Automations Engineer is responsible for the design, build and implementation of automated manufacturing systems. Working within a team that has responsibility of manufacturing equipment reliability and process support. The Controls/Automations Engineer is also responsible for continuous improvement of current production machines, process data collection, assistance with manufacturing process improvement, maintenance training and training material creation for troubleshooting.

The Regional Sales Manager is Responsible for meeting established sales goals / targets for the territory. Supporting the sales and service activity in the assigned geographic areas of responsibility. Conduct product demonstrations and installation training for area fleets. Work with distributor / dealer, sales personnel and management to support STEMCO and grow market share. Gather VOC to discover and develop new applications, products, and channels to market. Quality Engineer in Longview
The Quality Engineer (QE) will be responsible for defining the quality baseline for STEMCO’s quality standards, by review of specifications, drawings, and manufacturing processes, and will make recommendations for improvement. The QE will have a critical role in creating, interpreting, and translating STEMCO’s Quality Management System across all involved departments. The QE is expected to lead the cross functional team to ensure STEMCO meets customer expectations on product quality.
