What You'll Be Doing Cleaning and maintaining offices, courtrooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a consistent standard Removing refuse and managing waste disposal across the facility Mowing lawns and shovelling snow to keep the grounds safe and accessible in all seasons Supporting the broader Facilities team with general maintenance tasks as they arise What You'll Bring Experience in a custodial, cleaning, or facilities role — commercial or institutional settings are a plus Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, shovelling, and operating groundskeeping equipment Reliability and attention to detail, with a consistent approach to maintaining standards A cooperative attitude and willingness to pitch in across tasks as the team's needs shift Comfort working independently as well as alongside a small, coordinated crew Ability to work within the conduct and access standards required in a Massachusetts Trial Court environment
