The Trial Court’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for budgetary and fiscal oversight for all Trial Court operations and all required internal and external financial reporting; analyzing budget issues and preparing budgetary plans to meet statutory and strategic needs on a variety of complex financial matters; contingency planning for future budget scenarios, supporting workforce development and technology investment within available resources; internal audit activities including increasing capabilities for enterprise risk management and for process improvement; and managing the procurement process to ensure the fair, timely and cost effective acquisition of necessary goods and services.
