    • Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Facilities Management in Margaret Drive

      Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included and thriving in inclusive communities. The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. To this end, the team ensures that our building and facilities are accessible, safe and in working order, while also ensuring that the needs of our occupants are met. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard. The postholder will also ensure that all facilities maintenance issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption. The postholder will work closely with vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria and transport services and supervise the work of Facilities Support staff.

    • Artability Trainer in All locations

      Rainbow Centre (“RC”) envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. Employability Services (“ES”) aims to equip persons with disabilities with the necessary core and technical skills for meaningful employment. The ES Artability team manages all visual art content, training and exposure across all RC campuses via three programmes: (1) Visual Art In-Curriculum Exposure (“ICE”), (2) Visual Art Co-Curricular Activity (“CCA”), and (3) Talent Art. These programmes are designed to equip Rainbow Centre students with the necessary technical and soft skills needed to be meaningfully engaged in visual art. The Artability Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and managing visual art training services under the Artability programme. This role involves conducting engaging visual art training sessions for students across all three Rainbow Centre SPED schools, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for meaningful artistic expression. The Trainer will employ innovative teaching methods tailored to diverse learning needs, ensuring effective lesson delivery. Additionally, the Artability Trainer will manage projects that provide students with valuable learning opportunities, including art exhibitions, roadshows, galleries, and workshops.

    • Senior Executive, Accounts in Margaret Drive

      Rainbow Centre (“RC”) envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. Our Finance Team ensures the overall financial health of the organisation, and supports the development of the organisation’s budgeting, financial planning and long-term financial goals. The Senior Executive, Accounts plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting effective financial management for RC. The Senior Executive, Accounts is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and the implementation of strong internal controls. The Senior Executive, Accounts will work closely with school leaders, programme and unit leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for sound decision-making aligned to the RC’s strategic goals.

Our special schools at RC aim to enable students with disabilities to successfully develop to their fullest potential so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives. The Facilities Support cum Driver provides facilities maintenance support and reliable transport operations by performing routine facilities maintenance and providing safe and reliable transportation of staff, materials, and equipment.

    • Programme Associate in various locations

      Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included and thriving in inclusive communities. The Care and Enrichment (CE) team aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through out of school hours care (OOSH) and enrichment programmes. The postholder is responsible for the planning and implementation of the activities and ensuring that outcomes are delivered.
