Job Purpose: Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered, included and thriving in inclusive communities. The Good Life Services aims to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities through the delivery of person and family centred services that support and empower these individuals, their family members and the communities around them so that they can achieve their highest level of independence and lead thriving lives. The case worker supports the social worker in providing psychosocial support to the students and their families. The Case Worker will also bring to each case a basic understanding of the biopsychosocial concerns of families and the influences of family, community and cultural differences, enhancing the case management by the interdisciplinary team. The postholder may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc).

Working under the guidance of trained educators, Assistant Teachers contribute to the quality learning experiences for our students, and support in the curriculum delivery to help our students to acquire valuable skills and knowledge. Assistant Teachers also foster partnerships with parents and participate in the building of a more inclusive community involving various stakeholders, in the endeavour for Good Lives for our students.

Lead Early Interventionist in Yishun Park
Rainbow Centre envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. The early intervention programme provides educational and therapy support services to support the attainment of developmental skills in young children with disabilities. The Lead Early Interventionist ensures quality administrative and coordinating structures and processes to attain organisational effectiveness in support of student learning and development. The Lead Early Interventionist also ensures that student well-being is attained and enhanced through strong student-related policies and processes, including partnerships with key stakeholders.

Intern, People & Culture in Margaret Drive

Our People and Culture team shapes and drives the organisation’s people strategies, cultivating a workforce that is both highly skilled and deeply committed to achieving RC’s vision. The P&C intern will provide both (a) administrative support for P&C processes, as well as (b) assist in special projects and initiatives.
