*This position is on-campus M-F 8am-4:30pm* The TRIO Program Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. Healthcare Instructor - Nursing Assistant Training in Forest Park Campus

Student Worker (Information Technology) in Meramec Campus
The IT student worker will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The position requires providing direct technical customer support via telephone, chat, email, remote tools, or in person. Including, but are not limited to, resolving authentication problems, basic software support, verifying proper hardware and software set-up, power cycling, navigating college applications, print related issues, and troubleshooting email issues.
