The Gallery Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and enriching experience for visitors to Forest Park Gallery of Contemporary Art. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the gallery's cleanliness and organization, and assisting with special events and exhibitions. The Gallery Attendant will work closely with the Gallery Director and the Fine Arts Program Coordinator.

The TRIO Program Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the TRIO department. They maintain a current knowledge of appropriate TRIO policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the office. The Program Assistant also manages Blumen data entry, oversees front desk operations, tracks data, submits requisitions, tracks expenditures, schedules appointments, orders supplies and equipment, processes the mail, answers the phone, compiles information for reports, and provides information about TRIO student programs and events.
