The University of Toledo is seeking a strategic marketing and communications professional to serve as the Marketing Specialist supporting the College of Engineering. Central to the University’s excellence in STEM fields, the College of Engineering offers in-demand undergraduate and graduate programs in bioengineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering and computer science, environmental engineering, and mechanical engineering, along with engineering technology programs to complement each of those areas. The UToledo College of Engineering’s co-op program is one of only eight in the country that integrates work-based learning opportunities into its academic curriculum. The college recently celebrated 20 years of providing this hands-on experience that ensures students are job-ready upon graduation. The Marketing Specialist supporting the College of Engineering is responsible for creating and executing student recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Division of Enrollment Management and promoting news and initiatives from the college to internal and external audiences. The position is a member of the central Office of University Marketing and Communications and also takes direction from college leadership to achieve the college’s goals and objectives.
