Maint Repair Worker Journeyman in Health Science Campus Hospital Toledo, OH
This position is responsible for daily maintenance and repair of campus buildings and equipment located on the Health Science Campus. Performance of maintenance activities support the department’s mission to ensure buildings and equipment operate as true assets in support of University and individual career goals. The incumbent is responsible for meeting work schedules, and service requests, by providing effective and efficient maintenance workmanship .

Electronic Tech Journeyman in Health Science Campus Hospital Toledo, OH
Fire test all initiating, supervisory, and notification devices (8,000+ campus wide), air handler shut down relays, elevator recall and shunt trip, sensitivity testing, all door releases, battery load test for panels, verify proper device locations and descriptions, verify systems are reporting to 24 hour monitoring stations per NFPA 72 and JCHAO, verify remote annunciation, campus wide. Maintain and document test results and records of each Life Safety System test. Modification of normal working hours (40 hrs) onto any shift, any day of the week to meet institutional needs.
