The The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences is seeking a dynamic and strategic Administrator for the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Reporting directly to the Department Chair(s), the Administrator provides leadership and oversight for departmental operations, including fiscal management, regulatory compliance, faculty and staff administration, strategic planning, and operational performance. This highly collaborative role partners closely with physicians, faculty, researchers, rehabilitation professionals, and health system leadership to advance clinical excellence, academic innovation, multidisciplinary musculoskeletal care, rehabilitation services, and research growth. The Administrator will play a critical role in supporting and expanding departmental initiatives across clinical operations, education, and research programs while ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include oversight of departmental budgets and financial performance, operational workflow optimization, implementation of strategic initiatives, and development of business plans for new and expanding programs.
