As a maintenance technician II, you will perform basic upkeep and assist other trade personnel with building and equipment maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, appliance, and furniture repair). You will conduct daily building walkthroughs to assess assets that require mechanical, electrical, or painting improvements, and coordinate with other departments on all necessary repairs.
