      The Student Office Assistant Communication Coordinator provides clerical support and assists with projects for the Aleshire Center for Leadership and Community Engagement. In addition, they will manage the Aleshire Center communication to students through social media accounts, emails, class announcements and creating marketing materials. They will perform a combination of routine and non-routine tasks that require on-the-job training and/or specialized skills. They will show professionalism and have good communication skills.

      The student Office Assistant - Washburn Leadership Challenge Event (WLCE) Materials Coordinator provides clerical support and assists with projects for the Aleshire Center for Leadership and Community Engagement, chiefly pertaining to WLCE materials. They will perform a combination of routine and non-routine tasks that require on-the-job training and/or specialized skills. They should gain above average knowledge about the WLCE and support full-time professional staff in tasks of the WLCE for approximately six hours per week in the fall in addition to other office tasks. It would be expected that the student would continue through the spring semester and provide approximately 10 - 15 hours per week until WLCE. They will show professionalism, dependability, and have good communication skills.
