- We are a recognised leader in Progressive Neurological diseases and Palliative Care
- Based in the brand new Kooyong precinct in Caulfield, with state of art facilities and amenities
- Our Graduate Nurse opportunities are like no other – our Preceptors work with you (one on one) on the ward, in addition to our Graduate Nurse Clinical Coordinator providing support on a daily basis

The Graduate Nurse program is designed to be flexible to meet the learning needs of each graduate. We provide a personalised and supportive environment to enable you to consolidate and further develop your skills and knowledge that will enhance your future career opportunities.
Graduate nurses develop the assessment and critical thinking skills required to effectively nurse patients requiring palliative care and those with progressive neurological conditions. Those accepted into the program benefit from a structured program which includes extensive supernumerary time, 4 study days plus time in a specialist area, as well as a structured debrief and skills enhancement and review program. Graduate nurses are further supported by nurse educators and our preceptorship program.

- Will qualify for registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Completed all training requirements between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2026
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patient and family approach to care delivery
- Current clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability
- Computer literacy
